Manchester United narrowly missed out on the league title by just one point last season so they will make sure that they reclaim the trophy they’ve made their own in the last few years. On the other hand Newcastle United made a major turnaround in their fortunes having been relegated to the Championship just last season.
With a few injury concerns that the Magpies have I think they will find it difficult to cope with Man United’s attacking threat. There are a bunch of former players on both sets of teams so the game will be an interesting spectacle.
I expect United to kick-start their League campaign with a comfortable 2-0 win.
