Manchester United host fellow Lancashire side Wigan Athletic in a match that could see the return of Wayne Rooney. It is the first time Rooney will be in direct contact with fans after his much publicized stunt exactly a month ago. United have an excellent record against Wigan, having beaten them 5-0 in both league games last season.
Wigan, though inconsistent, are coming on the back of two good results; a draw with Liverpool and a win over West Brom. They are just a point above the relegation zone and are the league's lowest goal scorers with 10 goals in 13 games, and with the joint lowest goal difference of -11.
I think it will be an afternoon to forget for Roberto Martinez's men, and I expect United to win by a comfortable 3-0 margin.
